Shipping Policy

All of our products are delivered via Australia Post. We charge the following fees for shipping:

-Initial flat rate fee of $10.00 for standard shipping.

-A flat rate of $13.00 Australia wide for Express shipping. 

-International orders are depending by the size and weight of the product. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

 

Delivery Times: 

All of our order delivery times may vary depending on the postage option that the customer selects. For Standard Postage orders, delivery times are estimated between 2-6 business days depending on location. For Registered Postage orders, delivery times are estimated between 2-6 business days and will include tracking.

For Express orders, delivery times are estimated between 1-3 business days and will also include tracking.

 

*All cards are posted in a protective sleeve and a top loader and then that is placed into a sealed bag. Graded cards are also covered with bubble wrap or taped with thick cardboard for extra protection. This ensures that your cards will arrive in the same condition as when they were shipped.

Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, untampered and in the same condition that you received it. 

Additional non-returnable items:

-RC Gift cards

-RC Mystery Packs

-Sale items (both in-store and online)

-Anything purchased from our flat vending machine

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If we deem your case to be a "change of mind" you may not be eligible for a refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, make sure to check with your bank first. It may take some time before your refund is received due to various processing times. If you have done all of that and you still have not received your refund, please send us an email: raicollectables@outlook.com and state the item/order number in the Subject line.

Shipping
Before returning or posting any product back, please email us: raicollectables@outlook.com and state the item/order number in the Subject line. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, as shipping costs are also non-refundable.

If you are shipping any item over $50.00, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Trackable shipping ensures peace of mind on both sides.
