Are the trading cards in the mystery packs real?
Yes, they are 100% real. All cards are originally either from booster packs, elite trainer boxes purchased from registered retail outlets, various trading card vending machines or have been generously donated to Rai Collectables from our friends here in Australia or abroad.

Can you do international shipping or delivery?
Yes, we provide international shipping for those who are located outside of Australia. Extra shipping costs will apply. For those residing in Australia, we can deliver via Australia Post, Express Post and if you live locally in Perth, we can even arrange Uber parcel pickup if needed.

Can I refund or exchange?

We advise customers to please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds can be given where the items are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown or don't do what they are supposed to.

Which methods of payments can I use?
We accept the following payment methods for purchases: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, bank transfer, eftpos and cash. At international trading card events where Square or the listed payment methods are unavailable, we also accept Wise and via QR code.

Is it safe to order online?
It is safe to order online, however we always advise customers to double check their orders or to make sure the items being purchased are from a legitimate source before proceeding to make any payments.
